What’s Next
We're Bringing This to the Masses
Our story started with the Founder’s Edition, but work is underway on a market-scale version, priced for the intentional consumer.
Still stainless.
Same material as the Founder's Edition. What changed is how it gets made, not what it is made of.
Still repairable.
Seals, springs, and other wear-parts stay serviceable. A worn component is not a reason to replace the whole tool.
Built for scale.
Engineered for volume production. Simplified geometries improve serviceability as well as manufacturability.
what we are doing
Great things are worth the wait.
01
Design & Testing
Products go through an iterative design and testing regime, ensuring the final product upholds our strict standards.
02
Supply Chain Redundancy
A diligent sourcing strategy supports long-term availability, mitigates individual supplier risk, and enables competitive pricing.
03
Then, a Campaign.
With the bill of materials settled and manufacturing partners lined up, our next release will be introduced through a crowdfunding campaign.
Shifts in global supply chains and trade made the original design’s path to volume production untenable. Rather than compromise on materials, we brought in a team of engineers to redesign it for manufacturability. The result still rhymes with the original: still stainless steel, still durable, cleanable, and repairable. This was never about a limited run. It is about setting an heirloom-quality standard for an everyday tool.
Project Update
Designing for the Long Haul
