About us

Rethinking the spray bottle, one part at a time.

We are on a mission to bring the first premium, heirloom quality spray head to market, at scale.

The workbench: a bowl of springs, a gauge block set, a machined nozzle insert, a steel rule and calipers on a green cutting mat

Origin Story

I guess I'll just have to make it myself…

The project was born out of frustration with the ubiquitous spray bottle. They break, clog, lose pressure, and can be nearly impossible to repair. After an extensive search for an heirloom trigger-style option that could be maintained, it became apparent that nothing on the market fit the bill.

In 2021, I hired an engineering firm to design a solution for me, but the challenge proved too tough for that team. The project was shelved and never publicized. Four years later, I took on the challenge myself from building designs in CAD to creating the first functional prototypes. With the support of many skilled engineers and advisors, the design was refined and The Spray Bottle Project was announced on social media in late 2025.

The Plan

We're just getting started.

This offering is a nod to where the project began and a celebration of what we believe will be a new category of spray head on the market. It is a chance to own a piece of history.

Now — 2026

Founder's Edition

Ten ultra-exclusive machined units. Hand assembled and fitted, numbered, engraved, made to order.

Next

Broader Market Sprayer

In development. We are not sharing specifications or pricing yet, but the design closely rhymes with the original, and at a much more attainable price.

Then

Parts, Bottles, More.

Replacement parts, bottles, and a full-fledged modular spray system, not just a single sprayer.
