Wear parts ship at cost from our stock, usually within the week. Warranty replacements ship free.

Instructions are provided with parts. If things get complicated, contact us for assistance.
Wear parts are stocked: seals, lubricant, springs, check valve balls, dip tubes, and hinge pins. Glass is glass: Bottles are covered for 30 days and replacements are available for purchase. The machined metal parts are not sold as replacements; they are covered by the warranty below.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
The Warranty.
This is the written warranty for DuraSpray™ No. 01, Founder’s Edition, given by Wine Dark, LLC, 680 North Lake Shore Drive, Suite 110 - 2682, Chicago, IL 60611.
Who is covered
The original purchaser, for as long as they own the unit. The warranty is transferable upon written request.
What is covered
The machined metal parts of the spray head, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use, for as long as the original purchaser, or a transferee approved in writing, owns the unit.
What we will do
If a covered part fails because of a manufacturing or material defect, we will replace the part or, at our option, the unit, at no charge, and pay shipping both ways. Replacement parts may be new or remanufactured to the same specification. We do not offer bench repairs; where a replacement part can be fitted at home, we will supply it with instructions.
What is not covered
Wear parts: seals, lubricant, springs, check valve ball, dip tube, and hinge pin, which are consumables available for purchase. The glass bottle beyond its 30-day defect coverage. Damage from solutions our compatibility guidance identifies as not compatible, from freezing or heat above 90 °F, from disassembly beyond the documented service steps, or from modification, accident, or neglect. Ordinary cosmetic wear such as patina and handling marks.
Damage unrelated to manufacture or shipping. Minor aesthetic differences created in the manufacturing process which do not affect functional performance.
How to get service
Use the contact form, choose Support, and include your unit number, a description of the fault, and photographs. We typically respond within two business days. If we need the part or unit back, we will send a prepaid label.
Limitations
Any implied warranty, including of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, is limited to the duration of this written warranty to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from a breach of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
Talk to us first
If something goes wrong with a covered part, tell us before you do anything else. Write to us through the contact form, describe the fault and what you would like us to do about it, and give us 30 days to put it right. Most claims are settled in a single reply. Neither of us will start a court case about this warranty until that 30 days has passed, except to stop something that cannot wait. This step does not limit any right you have under law, including small claims court.
Your rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. It is governed by the laws of the state of Illinois and, to the extent it applies, the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.
