Engineering
Engineered to Last.
From materials to fluid performance, every choice was deliberate.
Materials
Great products start with great materials.
High-quality stainless steel, glass, silicone & rubber, and lubricant formulated to perform. We're building with materials we all know and can trust.

01
316L Stainless Steel
Marine grade in its low-carbon form. Molybdenum content resists chlorides, salts, and everyday cleaning chemistry. It is not a universal solution, but neither is plastic. Against some concentrated acids and bleaches, engineered plastics are the better choice.
What plastics cannot offer is what we wanted most: rigidity, maintainability, cleanliness, and a service life measured in decades.
02
Glass
Type III soda-lime glass for the reservoir. Chemically inert, non-porous, and clear enough to see exactly what is in it.
Glass is infinitely recyclable, resists build-up and smells, looks great, feels great, and balances the weight of the head well.
With responsible care, a glass bottle can last decades, if not centuries.
03
Silicone & Rubber
Our design uses a silicone boot to protect the glass bottle, and a combination of silicone and rubber sealing elements to keep liquids where they are supposed to be.
These are off-the-shelf parts that can be sourced by you for home repairs.
If we go out of business, your sprayer doesn’t have to.
04
Lubricant
A silicone-compatible lubricant on the moving parts keeps the action smooth and protects the seals from dry wear. A small amount at each service is all it takes.
A longer duration lubricant is also available which is better suited for use with chemicals.
Either option performs well.
See the chemical compatibility guide
Modularity
Built to Disassemble.
The spray head is designed to be fully disassembled. Clear a blockage, clean out buildup, replace the parts that wear, lubricate seals, and put it back together. With basic maintenance and care, this sprayer might outlive you.
Clear blockages
Pathways can be accessed directly with a basic pipe cleaner.
No challenging twists or turns.
Clean buildup
Buildup happens sometimes. With a bit of soap and scrubbing, most buildup can be removed, preserving fluid performance.
Replace wear components
Seals and springs are the most common failure point.
Our modular design allows for easy replacement.
Lubricate
Many spray heads rely on forever chemicals to eliminate manual lubrication needs.
Ours requires periodic lubrication just like many other high quality tools.

Computational Fluid Dynamics
From silky mist to confident jet.
The fluid path and nozzle were tested extensively using computational fluid dynamics simulations before a single part was machined. The result is a tool that produces a luxuriously fine mist all the way to a confident jet.

Easy priming
Say goodbye to endless priming
Getting a spray head going can be one of the most annoying parts of owning one. Our nozzle is designed so that priming takes seconds, in three steps.
01
Close
Screw the cap all the way down.
02
Build pressure
Pull the trigger to build pressure inside the head.
03
Open slowly
Unscrew the cap slowly while squeezing the trigger until the spray starts.
Balance & Size
Sits steady. Fits the hand.
Good ergonomics are invisible. You only notice them when they are missing.
Center of balance
Planted, not top-heavy.
The head is designed so its center of mass sits roughly over the center of the bottle. Less leverage at the top means far less tendency to tip when it is set down or bumped. That's an important factor for a metal spray head.
Hand fit
Sized for most adult hands.
The head and trigger are proportioned to fit most adult hands comfortably, large or small, so a full bottle is easy to hold and easy to work.
