About the project
Disrupting the disposable norm.
The Spray Bottle Project is on a mission to develop the first premium all-metal spray head, at commercial scale.
The current market is dominated by cheap, plastic sprayers that clog, break, and cannot be repaired or disassembled for cleaning. A true heirloom quality trigger-style option does not exist.
Making things worse, many recycling facilities lack the ability to process spray heads due to their closed architecture, mixed materials, and chemical concerns. Instead, they are sent to the landfill.
Some of the most common designs use forever chemicals for their sealing, self-lubricating, and chemical properties, but they are not easily separated from the heads for safe disposal.
