About The Spray Bottle Project.

The Spray Bottle Project is on a mission to develop the first commercially viable, premium, all-metal spray bottle head. The design is built around a patent pending modular architecture allowing users to disassemble the device for thorough cleaning and repair.

The current market is dominated by cheap, plastic sprayers that clog, break, and cannot be repaired or disassembled for cleaning. A true heirloom quality trigger-style option does not exist.

Making things worse, many recycling facilities lack the ability to process spray heads due to their closed architecture, mixed materials, and chemical concerns. Instead, they are sent to the landfill.

Some of the most common designs use “forever chemicals” for their sealing, self-lubricating, and chemical properties, but they are not easily separated from the heads for safe disposal.

With roughly 6 billion plastic spray heads produced each year, this is a BIG problem.

The Spray Bottle Project was launched in 2025 in the pursuit of developing an alternative and quickly introduced what has become their Founder’s Edition on social media. Faced with geopolitical headwinds that made production of the original model untenable at scale, the team pivoted to a design tailor made for supply chain flexibility.

The Spray Bottle Project intends to launch the updated design through a crowdfunding initiative to be announced soon.
