Where we ship
For this offering we ship to addresses in the United States only. We are not shipping internationally, and we cannot ship to freight forwarders or PO boxes. This is a deliberate limit for a ten-unit run, and it keeps the export and compliance obligations of a small offering manageable.
Cost
Shipping is free and fully insured for the declared value within the United States.
Lead time
Current lead time is six months from commission to shipment. Your unit number is assigned when your payment clears, and the build registry tracks each stage. We will tell you when your unit enters final assembly. If we cannot ship within the quoted lead time we will tell you promptly with a revised expected date. If that date is within 30 days of the original, the build continues unless you cancel; if it is later, we continue only with your express consent and otherwise cancel and refund you in full. How it ships
Each unit ships with the repair kit, your chosen lubricant, the hand-signed certificate of authenticity, and a personal letter. Shipments require an adult signature on delivery. We will send tracking as soon as the label is created.
If a shipment is damaged
Photograph the packaging before you unpack it if the outer case looks damaged, and contact us within 14 days of delivery. Shipments are insured, and we handle the carrier claim ourselves. We replace the damaged component, or the unit, at our cost. See the Returns & Refunds page for the full policy.
Address accuracy
We confirm your shipping address with you before dispatch. Please check it carefully, and tell us promptly if it changes before then. We cannot recover a shipment sent to an address confirmed incorrectly.
Taxes
Sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout where we are required to collect it. There are no customs duties, because we ship domestically only.
